Cell b274b1b33b chore(config): remove deprecated hugoVersion.extended ...

The `hugoVersion.extended` field is deprecated since Hugo v0.153.0
and the version check was removed in v0.153.2. WebP encoding is now
supported in all Hugo editions, and LibSass has been replaced by Dart
Sass. Since the theme requires Hugo >= 0.161.0, this setting is no
longer needed.
