* feat(gen-docs): add documentation generation package with SassDoc and TypeDoc support Add new `@hugo-fixit/gen-docs` package that parses Hugo config (hugo.toml) and generates documentation. Generates the Chroma lexer SCSS map (assets/scss/core/maps/_chroma-lexers.scss) by fetching lexer definitions from the Chroma repository on GitHub.

pnpm gen:lexers
How it works
- Fetches lexer definitions (XML + Go) from the Chroma GitHub repo via the GitHub API
- Extracts language names and aliases from each lexer
- Generates a SCSS map (
$chroma-lexers) mapping aliases to canonical names - Appends custom code types defined in
src/custom-types.ts
