Didn't move the needle on a 20kb (gzipped) stylesheet.
First view speed index is 1008 without CSS.

* Backdate these articles so we keep them but they don't show up on top
* Change Twitter handle to work with Hugo's internal templates
plus a few minor clean-ups
* Update theme (change Twitter handle in Follow link)
