Joe Mooring 382f8052df content: Remove KeyCDN documentation 
The documentation for KeyCDN wasn't about general hosting but
specifically about setting up a content delivery network (CDN) for
GitLab Pages. Removing it to avoid confusion and keep our documentation
focused on core hosting instructions.

This is the repository for the Hugo documentation site.

Install

npm i
hugo server

Note: We're working on removing the need to run npm i for local development. Stay tuned.
